For this trek, the journey to Everest Base Camp is enhanced by the addition of a hike to Gokyo Ri (peak) and Gokyo Lake. There are bunches of travel and trekking organizations are in Kathmandu. Most trekking organizations are honest to goodness but still there are a lot of those who may be phony as well so choosing the right one is a tough call to make. But luckily i came across The Trekkers Society, and boy did i need to worry anymore ? NOPE . The company was so warm and welcoming that i didnt feel like i was there for just a trek of couple weeks cause they made it feel like home and at the end i seriously didnt wanted to leave the country all thanks to the hospitality and arrangements they made. \
I highly recommend them for any sort of adventure related activities in Nepal.
