Tour Description

Dhampus, in the Dhaluagiri range, is becoming one of the most popular peaks in the area. Although it is not classified as a technical peak, you may need to be properly acclimatised before you begin your ascent. For this purpose, we recommend first trekking to the Thorang Pass (5416 m).
From Pokhara you may take a flight to Jomsom (2250 m) and make a side trip for accimatisation purposes. Alternatively you can trek from Nayapul all the way to Tukche, via the Ghorepani Poon Hill area.
